* This is where the work begins. This session is a full in-depth look at your story to date.

*We will explore the overwhelming feelings that your story has bought up and begin to explore the root cause of the mind body disconnection.

* We’ll look at family of origin, it’s dynamics and your early belief systems.

During this session, you can expect to:

*Get answers to the ROOT CAUSE of fertility issue

*Block and root cause located

* Releasing of old programming & limiting beliefs through guided journey

* Clearing of blockages

*Resetting hormonal system

*Returning body’s function to original blueprint (knowing how to conceive)

* Mind body connection re-established

* Connection with own cells intelligence and future soul of baby

* Reimagining future timeline (pregnancy)

*Establish new beliefs system that aligns with having and welcoming a new baby into your life.

**This session is carried out independently (not as a couple)

During this session, you can expect to:

*During this session you will breath deeply to release stuck emotions out of the body

*The session is curated to a bespoke playlist

*Deep emotions and visions are accessed

*Body is thoroughly oxygenated and space is created within the body

*Full healing and reconnecting with inner child

*Established connection with future child’s spirit.

PLEASE NOTE:

Contraindications for Breathwork are epilepsy, bipolar, schizophrenia.

Please note that you are taking full responsibility for your choices and accept that it is at your own risk. I accept no liability.

If you do not have a support system in place at home with a therapist, family or friends I suggest you do not do Breathwork - it does bring up old emotions for release and can be triggering.

I am always on hand to deconstructed anything that you feel needs space to be aired under my coaching umbrella.

*FEMALE: These 3 x weekly sessions are to continue support towards conception

MALE: 1 x weekly session is carried out and more can be added if necessary for an additional fee of £50.

*These are the space for discussing any arising fears of anxiety and ensuring mind, body and spirit is FULLY aligned

**If Assisted Conception is underway, appointments will be scheduled before, in order to talk through each step ie. any clinic appointments, pre egg collection, implantation, pregnancy test

*I am always on hand to support my clients throughout their whole journey, answering any questions to allay any fears, keep their minds on track and hearts open.

*All my clients communicate with me on a secure app called Voxer.

*No question is a silly question.

*No fear is a silly fear - all is welcome.

*I endeavour to reply within 24 hours.

*FEMALE: Once pregnancy is achieved, i support you through your first 12 weeks of pregnancy ensuring that the ultimate goal is kept insight and you’re able to have a calm pregnancy

*We connect each month to discuss any pregnancy issues, decisions and or arising fears.

*We begin to look ahead and discuss birth planning

*Once pregnancy is achieved, i support you through your first 12 weeks of pregnancy ensuring that the ultimate goal is kept insight and you’re able to have a calm pregnancy

*3 x 30 minute sessions When we connect each month to discuss any pregnancy issues, decisions and or arising fears.

*We begin to look ahead and discuss birth planning

**Once a positive pregnancy test is achieved a further £333 is due. This is an imperative part if there is a history of miscarriage.

This is charged per session at £111.

This support includes continued Voxer support.
